Shipment Processing\Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days and have an estimated delivery within 2-3 weeks (usually 2 weeks). Orders are not usually shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays typically but may vary based on carrier.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow these additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Your tracking number should be active within 48 hours but please note that there may be times when you receive your tracking number early during the 1-5 day processing window.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
While a rare occurrence on items we sell, EastCoast Merchandising is not responsible for any customs and\or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Packages
EastCoast Merchandising is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. This being said, if this is the case please contact us and we will see what we can do to help though typically if you've received your order damaged or it has been lost you would contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
