Return\Refund Policy

* PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 we will not be accepting any exchanges for safety and shipping logistics reasons. We will update as the situation progresses *

 

* Please be sure to read the product description and sizing information thoroughly as we will be unable to refund or exchange based on these types of misunderstandings. *


 If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us via one of the options on our Contact Us page and one of our representatives will be happy to do everything possible to make things right for you.

 

Damaged Items

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface with the error/damage clearly displayed. 

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future shipping/manufacturing.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refund@eastcoastmerch.ca

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale priced items cannot be refunded and may only be exchanged.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or it is the incorrect item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at exchange@eastcoastmerch.ca

 

Returns

Once item has been delivered the customer has 5 days to contact us if dissatisfied.

To return your product please contact us at returns@eastcoastmerch.ca for shipping information.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please keep in mind you have 15 days from the day your product is received to have it returned back to us in order to receive a refund (if qualified), otherwise, an exchange will be processed for you, in which your package must be returned no later than 30 days after it was received.


You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted if not already paid in advance by the customer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that provides tracking information and\or purchasing shipping insurance. 

* Please note that all returns must be authorized and be sure to forward on your return tracking information so we may know when your merchandise arrives. *

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder, as our responses can sometimes end up there.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
